We sign seasonal contracts (November 1 through April 15) with a 2" trigger by default — when 2 inches has fallen, you're on the route automatically. No call needed. Drive lanes get plowed; walks and steps get shoveled; salt or treated salt is applied at your selected service level.
For commercial clients we offer 1" trigger, pre-treatment, certified storm-log reporting for liability documentation, and 24/7 phone access to a real person during storm events.
Standard residential driveway contracts start at $595 for the season (drive only) or $895 with walks and salt. Commercial pricing is custom — request a site walk-through.
