Walk-through (free)
Brenda or our lead designer walks the property with you. We measure, photograph, and listen — usually about 45 minutes.

Concept & estimate
Within 7–10 days we deliver a hand-drawn or CAD plan and a written estimate. Revisions are included.

Plant tagging
We tag every plant at our growers (McKownville, Faddegon's) so you can see the actual material before install.
04
Install & follow-up
Most installs take 2–6 days. We return at week 2 and week 6 to check in — and the plants carry a 1-year health warranty.

Bluestone Patio — Schenectady Stockade
320 sq ft of full-color thermal bluestone over a compacted base, with a low fieldstone seating wall and gas fire ring. Survives every freeze-thaw cycle.
Pollinator Border — Rotterdam Cape
70-foot mixed perennial border with native echinacea, milkweed, baptisia, and switchgrass. Designed for color from May to first frost.
Segmental Retaining Wall — Glenville
62 linear feet of Techo-Bloc Mini-Creta in Sandlewood, replacing a failing railroad-tie wall. Geo-grid every other course, drainage gravel behind.
Walkway & Lighting — Scotia Colonial
Curving paver walk from drive to front door with low-voltage path lighting and a refreshed front bed. Installed in 3 days, photographed for the homeowner's holiday card.
Backyard Garden Room — Albany
Pea-gravel patio under a pergola, raised cedar planters, and a small fieldstone water feature. Built for a customer who wanted somewhere quiet to read.
