Our standard residential program runs late March through mid-November and includes weekly mowing at 3.5"–4" (research-backed for our climate), string trimming, blowing, and a 5-step fertilization and weed-control schedule calibrated to local soil tests.
Add-on services include core aeration (best in early September here), overseeding with our cool-season blend, dethatching, grub treatment, and lime application when soil pH falls below 6.2.

Brown County summers swing hot and dry in July, then turn wet again in August. Most lawn programs from out-of-state franchises follow a generic calendar — we adjust within the week based on actual rainfall and soil temperature. That's the difference between a lawn that limps through August and one that's deep green through Labor Day.
Weekly mowing for an average city lot runs $45–$70 per visit. The full season-long care program (mow, fertilize, weed control, fall cleanup) typically runs $1,400–$2,400 per year for a quarter-acre property.
